Information we collect
When you book a First Spine Session we collect your name, age, city, mobile number, the main problem you describe, how long you have had it, and your preferred date and time slot. Payment is processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or banking details.
How we use it
Your details are used only to schedule and deliver your physiotherapy session, to contact you on WhatsApp or phone about your appointment, and to maintain your clinical record. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who make the booking possible — our payment gateway (Razorpay) and WhatsApp for communication — and where required by law.
Advertising
We use Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising tools to measure how our ads perform. These tools may set cookies in your browser. They do not receive your clinical information.
