What you are booking
₹199 reserves one First Spine Session with a McKenzie Certified Physiotherapist, including a detailed assessment, clinical evaluation, initial treatment guidance and a personalised recovery roadmap.
Fee adjustment
₹199 Today. Fully Adjusted in Your Treatment Plan. If you continue treatment with PhysioThings India after your first session, the entire ₹199 is adjusted against your treatment plan.
Rescheduling & cancellation
You may reschedule once, free of charge, by messaging us on WhatsApp at least 4 hours before your slot. If you cancel more than 4 hours before your session, the ₹199 is refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. No-shows and cancellations inside 4 hours are not refundable.

Payments
Payments are collected securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or banking details.
